John Tidwell

Dr. John Tidwell is the Chief Medical Officer at Opt Health and an orthopaedic trauma surgeon dedicated to preventive medicine. His pursuit of disease prevention led him to earn a BHRT L1 certification from the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine and receive training from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). A graduate of Georgia Tech and the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Tidwell has a robust background in both engineering and orthopaedics. He has contributed extensively to orthopaedic research and has a passion for endurance sports, competing in marathons and triathlons.
